Born in Ellwood City, PA, Gene G. Dimeo obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Westminster College in 1989. After graduating from Western Michigan University-Thomas M. Cooley Law School with a J.D. with honors in 1993, he was admitted into the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and US District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Currently, he is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lawrence County Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association, and PBA Lawyer Referral Service.
